It's a different kind of option than our lease-to-own program, better suited to homeowners who'd rather make fixed payments toward owning the equipment outright from day one.
The problem: lease-to-own isn't the right fit for every homeowner, some people would rather take out a straightforward loan and own their new system immediately.
The fix: Financeit offers fixed-payment installment financing with a range of terms, and it's also the financing provider behind the promotional financing included in the current Lennox offer below. Unlike our own lease-to-own program, Financeit financing is credit-based, so approval and your rate depend on your credit history. We'll confirm current rates and terms with you directly, since these are set by Financeit and can change.
Manufacturer Financing and Rebates
Lennox, the brand behind many of the systems we install, periodically runs its own promotional financing and rebate programs on top of what Walchuk offers directly. These change seasonally, so the specific dollar amounts and terms below are what's currently running, not a standing offer.
Homeowners choose one of two ways to save on a qualifying Lennox home comfort system (a system means a matched indoor unit, outdoor unit, and qualifying thermostat):
- Higher rebate: up to $1,800 back , paid as a Lennox Prepaid Mastercard, or
- Rebate combined with financing: up to $1,400 back and deferred or promotional-rate financing on the balance, provided through Financeit (see our standard financing section above).
